I spent years focusing on my role as a mama, unfortunately leaving myself out of the equation. What I want out of life has shifted from finding a pair of jeans that fit (don't we all) to things like inner peace, confidence, freedom and learning to love myself. One of the greatest joys in my life is getting to help other women expand their lives and discover what's possible.

Little did I know my family joking I could make friends with a tree would turn into this space. I have the privilege of meeting and getting to know clients who are looking to take back the direction of their life in their second act.

The best part is the laughter that feeds my soul.
I found it to be true over the years, the relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you’ll ever have. About twelve years ago the question of 'what's my thing' started swirling around my head - right around the time my oldest started to look into colleges. I had stayed home with my kids most of my life, but I was searching for something more. I discovered health coaching and thought I had found it, but then I discovered life coaching and here we are.
Feeling a pull, I stepped away from my marriage and began searching for "my thing" - what I could be known for in this world.
Now it's your turn to discover what matters most and let go of the rest Trust the process and trust you're where you need to be.
Through coaching, I began to own who I am and find my voice, allowing myself to be seen - awakening to my true potential by letting go of beliefs that have held me back for way too long.
